The War Room and Situation Room provide the spaces where project teams display and review the latest developments. They are large open work rooms with interchangeable wall panels and rolling model carts where every manner of document, model, or materials can be presented to fellow staff, consultants and client representatives. The physical layout of both rooms allows all the interested parties to share the same vision, to witness and mold the developing project. It is where consensus is reached and lasting decisions can be made. The WBA collaborative process and resulting work environment have been honed by our comprehensive experience of working with a wide array of clients from institutional arts clients building for the first time to private developers and contractors with firm notions of reality. It has taught us to listen patiently, respond thoughtfully and have the discipline to carefully monitor and control delivery schedules and costs. The result: creative and cost effective design.
